      <image:caption>Sono una Biologa Nutrizionista, laureata in Neurobiologia con un Master in Nutrizione Clinica e regolarmente iscritta alla Federazione Nazionale degli Ordini dei Biologi. Sono inoltre Consigliera del Consiglio di Indirizzo Generale in ENPAB, la Cassa di Previdenza dei biologi libero-professionisti nel quinquennio 2025-2030. Da anni mi occupo di accompagnare le persone in un percorso di ristrutturazione delle abitudini alimentari, con un’attenzione particolare all’obesità e al sovrappeso, alle malattie metaboliche e ai disturbi del comportamento alimentare come bulimia, binge eating e night eating syndrome. Il mio approccio nasce dall’integrazione tra scienza della nutrizione, psicobiologia e neurofisiologia: credo fermamente che il cambiamento duraturo passi attraverso la consapevolezza e la conoscenza di sé, più che da una semplice prescrizione dietetica. Non propongo soluzioni temporanee, ma percorsi personalizzati che mirano a restituire libertà, equilibrio e serenità nel rapporto con il cibo. Parallelamente al lavoro in studio, mi dedico alla divulgazione scientifica: creo contenuti per Instagram e ho fondato il podcast Nutrinova, uno spazio in cui esploro i temi della nutrizione con un linguaggio chiaro ma rigoroso. Mi occupo inoltre anche di formazione per biologi nutrizionisti, sia futuri che già professionisti, attraverso l’organizzazione di convegni, eventi formativi e riunioni di settore. Credo profondamente nel valore della condivisione e dell’aggiornamento continuo per una professione in costante evoluzione.</image:caption>
